2000 HOUSEHOLD REJOICES AS SIJU ILUYOMADE’S ‘ARISE PINK BUCKET’ DISTRIBUTED IN IKORODU

Once again, it was an atmosphere of excitement occasioned by the philanthropic nature of Dr Siju Iluyomade’s propelled Arise Women Foundation, in assisting the less privileged. A team from the organization were in Ikorodu on Saturday,19th December 2020 to distribute about 2000 food basket to household in one of the ancient town in Lagos.  The initiative tagged ‘Arise Pink Bucket’ palliative is part of Arise activities in celebration of its 12year anniversary of impacting many lives across the country through different empowerment, skill acquisition, enlightenment programmes and so many activities to support the effort of government.

Arise Pink Bucket comprises of food stuffs like rice, spaghetti groundnut oil, tomato paste etc. The Ikorodu distribution, held inside the Ikorodu Local Government is coming after similar gesture was extended to Epe, Surulere and Lagos Island, is in continuation of plans by Arise Women to make sure the palliatives goes across all local government in the State.
