Worldwide Customer Service Conference: Omamuli Speaks On Benefits Of Having Service Culture

It was a well deserving participation at this year’s Worldwide Customers Service Conference held in Minnesota, United States as as participant from different parts of the world converge to deliberate on effectiveness of having a vibrant Customer Service apparatus. The event which was well attended with a view of promoting customers service took place between 13th and 15th October with one of Nigeria leading hospitality czar, Barr Stephen Omamuli as one of the participant.

Speaking and answering questions in the course of the 3-day Conference, Omamuli who is the Chief Executive of Class Suite and Managing Director of Class Hospitality in Nigeria, spoke extensively on the importance of having a Service Culture imbibed in growing your company. The resourceful conference put together by Quality Service Institute in the US, is one of the ways the institute support companies in institutionalizing quality service culture in their out-fits.
