Amosun Begins Monitoring of Ongoing Road Projects in Ogun to Ensure Timely Completion

During an inspection of works on the projects in the Ijebu axis, Amosun, at the site of the 9km Ejinrin/Oluwalogbon road project, told reporters that the six-lane road would come with all the modern architecture, including median, walkway, street lights, greenbelt and drainages on both sides.
Amosun, who stated that the road would be completed as schedule, charged the contractors to intensify work, while also assuring that when completed, the road would last several decades due to its quality.
He also revealed that work would soon start on the 25km Ikangba-Imushin-Ijebu Ife-Itele and the Erunwon-Atan roads, both in Ogun East Senatorial Districts of the state.
Thanking the people of the state for their cooperation and support for his government’s Mission to Rebuild Ogun State agenda, the governor pleaded with those whose structures would be affected to pave way for the right of way for understanding as it has become pertinent to reconstruct the roads.
