COVID-19: HOW SIJU ILUYOMADE’S ARISE WOMEN CONTINUES TO WORK FOR HUMANITY, DISTRIBUTES FOOD ITEM TO RESIDENTS, ISOLATION CENTRES…………….PLUS PICTURES

In continuation of its effort to ease the pain accompanied by the effect of Coronavirus on affected patients and most vulnerable people in the society, Arise Women over the weekend distributed thousands of eggs to Lagos Isolation Centres in Yaba and Mainland to aid feeding of infected patients receiving treatment at the centre as well as most of the health workers who has been working all day and night.
It will be recalled that the Dr Siju Iluyomade’s Charity Organization which has been giving support to Lagos State Government even before the advent of the novel Coronavirus couple of weeks back procured and donated some equipment to the State Government which included several Surgical Masks, Sanitizers, Hand gloves, Ventilator and many other Safety items, to help the frontline workers who are much at risk treating patients of the dreaded  virus particularly in the state which has been the epicenter of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
The Arise team also went to several parts of the State including , Makoko in Ebute Meta, Red Cross Orphange, LSDPC, Yaba, Lagos Island, Surulere, Gbagada and many other places across the State to distribute this free eggs to residents with necessary social distancing precautions taken into consideration in all the places.
Meanwhile, the Convener of the Non-Governmental organization, Siju has she is fondly called, has further disclosed that, the distribution of the free eggs will continue while they will also be given out other food items to most vulnerable in the State.
