Kosofe Constituency II LAHA member; Femi Saheed sworn in, thanks constituents.

The swearing in ceremony of Honourable Femi Saheed was conducted today at the hallowed chambers of the Lagos State House of Assembly. Recall, Femi Saheed emerged landslide winner in the December 5th Bye Election conducted by INEC. The entrance of the Rt. Honourable Speaker, Mudasiru Obasa signalled the commencement of the session. Hon. Femi Saheed was admitted into the chambers and soon administered the oath of office by the legal department of the Assembly.
The speaker officially introduced the new member to other members and enjoined him to work in tandem with other members towards sustaining the greatness of the state and the institution. The swearing in ceremony was witnessed by top party hierarchies, including the state APC chairman Hon. Tunde Balogun, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya and a few members of the State excos. Also present were the Lagos East Senator, Tokunbo Abiru, Member representing Kosofe at the Green Chambers, Rotimi Agunsoye etc.
 The new member expressed delight at the session. He appreciated the leadership of the party and further  promised to provide quality representation for his constituency.
“Officially I have been inaugurated today as a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly and indeed it gladdens my heart. I want to seize this moment to appreciate our National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his support and vote of confidence. I also want to thank the governor of Lagos State, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu,  Speaker of the Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudasiru Obasa, Chairman of our party Alh. Tunde Balogun, members of GAC, Otunba  Busura Alebiosu and Pa Omoba Sosanya.
 In addition, I am also grateful to the various levels of  party leadership, traditional and religious leaders, council chairmen, party members, youth organisations, market women, artisans and every one who has contributed to the success of this project.
