Eid-el-Fitr Celebration: Akinlade Urges Muslims To Imbibe Lessons Learnt During Ramadan Fast

As Muslim faithfuls worldwide marks the end of this year’s Ramadan, Baba Adinni of Yewaland, Honorable  Akinlade Abiodun Isiaq  has urged Muslims to put into use, every lessons, both moral and spiritual that the month has taught them.
In his goodwill message to mark this year’s EID-L-FITR, the Federal Character Commissioner representing Ogun State at the Federal Character Commission noted that “continuation of the tenets of Ramadan and general exhibition of moral and spiritual lessons learnt during the holy month must be our guiding principle.”
Noting that “our nation needs everyone’s support at this material time so we can collectively put behind us the prevailing socioeconomic and security challenges.”
Baba Adinni use the medium to call those who God has blessed to strive and put smiles on the faces of the poor and disadvantaged persons in the society as that is the only way we can all have a fair living standard.
He also urged the Political class to always use the mandate entrusted to them into best use to the service of the people they are meant to serve. In his words “the political class needs to ensure that the mandate given to them is being put into use to better the lives of the electorates and the society at large. There is no better time to ensure equity and fairness in distribution of our national and state resources than now.”
