Oshodi-Isolo Council Chairman Mourns Demise of Lagos Deputy Chief of Staff, Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo*
The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has described as “devastating news” the death of the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Lagos state governor, Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo
The Council boss in a press release issued by his media media office described the late Deputy Chief of Staff as loyal, patriotic, hardworking and pleasant personality who delivered on his duties effortlessly, stressing that he will be greatly missed by the governor and the entire government.
Otunba Oloyede commiserated with his immediate family, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and the government of Lagos State on the unfortunate incident, while praying to God Almighty to grant his soul eternal rest and forgive his shortcomings.
In his words, “the news of the death of the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Sanwo-Olu is a devastating one. The late Deputy Chief of Staff was a diligent public officer who delivered on his mandate without any form of interference and was never found wanting, it’s so sad he left unannounced. It’s my prayer that God will grant him eternal rest,”
“I also wish to commiserate with his family, Mr. Governor and the people of the state on this loss. May his soul rest in peace,” the Council Boss concluded.
