2019 Elections: We Will Not Buy Votes In Niger-APC

The Secretary to the Niger state Government, Alhaji Ibrahim Isah Ladan on Monday declared that the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Niger state do not need to buy votes to win in the 2019 general elections.

According to him, the party will also not get into mud sliding or name calling during its campaign.

Ladan made this known during the while addressing APC stakeholders at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi Conference Center in Minna.

The SSG said that they will embark on issue and fact based campaign saying, “the opposition do not have to fear, we are not going to engage in buying of votes. We will go to all nooks and cranies of the state to mobilize and sensitize Nigerlites to vote for us. Vote buying is not part of our plan. ”

The Niger state Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello while making his presentation solicited the help of all APC stakeholders to enable the party win the 2019 polls.

He pleaded for massive mobilization pledging to redouble his efforts in addressing the various challenges facing the state when reelected.

Bello said that he would focus on health, education and the workforce in the state when reelected.

The APC stakeholders briefing which was organized by the Abubakar Sani Bello Campaign organisation had presentations from Ministries of Health, Finance, Works and Infrastructure, Agriculture and Water resources.

The Commissioners of these ministries briefed the stakeholders on what the government has done in the past three years.
