Atiku Is Tantamount To Zero, Inconsequential Candidate

President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organisation in Ogun State has described the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubarka as an inconsequential candidate, equating him to zero in the state.

Comrade Olusegun Clement, the coordinator of the organisation made this equation during the Inauguration ceremony of other members of the executives in the state at the party state’s secretariat in Abeokuta.

Clement who described Atiku as no threat to Buhari’s second term bid, added that his posters in the state could barely be sighted.

His words, “For us in Ogun state what we are doing is sensitisation and mild interfacing with our people because no other Presidential candidate is spanning here, it is President Muhammadu Buhari all the way. Atiku has no place here in Ogun. Atiku is zero here in Ogun state.

“Come to Ogun state, you will barely count his posters in the state. We would not take our people for granted because we love them and they love us as well.

“So what we are doing today, which is the inauguration of Buhari Youths Campaign organisation in the state is a means to further interface with our people in a more organised way and that is because our leader and father, President Buhari holds Ogun people in high esteem.

“This event marks the beginning of our activities in Ogun state and we would continue until 48 hours to the Presidential election. We would visit every nooks and crannies of Ogun state delivering the message of Mr President to them because Mr President has sent us to Ogun people and we would deliver that message accordingly,” he said.

Speaking on the involvement of the Youths in the coming elections, Clement enjoined them to shun violence and promptly report anyone trying to use them as instrument to breakdown laws and order.

He further appealed to the youths not to throw their votes away, saying Buhari is the best alternative that will deliver the dividend of democracy to Nigerians.
