Against his earlier public claim criticizing the management of popular radio Station, Brila FM , 88.9, led by Dr Larry Izamoje, one of the  staff affected in the general internal reshuffling of the organization, Murphy Ijemba has according to inside source from the Company resigned via email. The content in his resignation letter which we gathered falls short of the normal process highlighted in his employment agreement letter and duely signed by all employees of the organization was also a sharp contrast to his earlier statement in the media.                                                                    Mr Ijemba one of the two OAPs including Sean Amadi who have similarly resigned via email  had disappeared from duty after receiving memo of their new shift without any notice to the management according to information earlier made available  by the company . The presenter in his resignation letter exclusively obtained through an inside source did regretted his earlier public outburst, begging Chairman of the organization, Dr Izamoje to forgive him for trying to  put the Brila Group into disrepute. Mr Ijemba who claimed in his letter that he his  going to further his education to aid him professionally, contrary to the negative picture he had painted his Boss, praised Dr Izamoje to high heaven with promise to always stay in touch with the Group because of the love shown to him throughout his stay.
Meanwhile, in another letter obtained from an inside source, the management in a swift reaction has also  replied via email back to the two staff who went awol for days before now sending their resignation via email on the 11th of Sept. 2017. In its reply, the management made it known that the two staff has run foul of  content in their letter of employment which they both duely signed. On his part, Mr Ijemba is said to have went against the article of employment that binded both him and the company which clearly stated that he must give a notice of one month in such situation or payment of one month salary in lieu of the period to his resignation. Also, the letter equally stated that Mr Ijemba upon resignation ought to have dropped all properties of the company in his possession including identity card which he his yet to submit officially. The situation of the Mr Ijemba is however compounded with claim according to the letter that he his yet to pay up a car loan  given to him which amounted up to 2million naira plus Interest in 2014. An agreement the presenter signed to, which enables the company to use every legal means, including reporting to appropriate authorities to get back their money. His colleague who resigned along with him, Mr Amadi who also begged for forgiveness in his resignation letter, has equally been forwarded his own reply, he was also accused to have flouted content of employment letters that binded them.
