Eid-el-Kabir: Dayo-Bush felicitates with Constituents

A former House of Representatives Member,  Honourable Dayo Bush-Alebiosu has felicitated with the constituents of the East Senatorial District and Lagos State on the ocassion of Eid-el-Kabir. In a message personally signed by him, he enjoins Muslim faithfuls to always recall the teachings of the sacrificial honesty of Prophet Ibrahim and uphold the attributes of the prophet.
“The significance of this year’s celebration is the coincidence on Jummat Day. We must continuously imbibe the message in the act of Prophet Ibrahim, who obeyed God to sacrifice Ishaq before being substituted with a ram eventually.
Irrespective of our religion, we must all co-habitate and cohesively live with one another. It is a time we must bother about the well being of our family members, relatives and neighbours in the community. We must also commit the affairs of the nation to God particularly at these pandemic times.
As we commemorate today, I implore every citizen to be peaceful, law abiding and support the collective effort of the leadership to tackle the many problems facing our nation, Nigeria. May all the prayers offered on this day receive answers from Almighty Allah.
I wish you a Happy Eid-el-Kabir. “
