Housing Deficit: Hall 7 Unveils New Apartments, Townhouse

As part of its effort to provide quality and affordable housing for Nigerians and reducing the housing deficit in the country, Hall 7 Real Estate Limited, has unveiled new ultra-modern apartments in Abuja. Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, the CEO, Hall 7 Real Estate limited, Olayinka Braimoh, said the facility which is dubbed “The Bridge Peridot” is a display of innovative thinking and precision, and paying extra attention to details with customer’s need in mind. According to him, “over the years, Hall 7 has been a dependable provider of value and state of the art housing facility one of such is the Brook Shore Residence with about 230 units consisting of basketball courts, a mini golf course, a swimming pool, and a skate park.” Earlier, the Head of Department (HOD), Investment Advisory, Hall 7, Kelechi Unadika, called on investors to key into the upcoming estate project, maintaining that the Hall 7 estates model to develop an affordable housing unit for the masses. The Bridge Peridot is a set of apartments in the serene of Mbora district ‘airport road’ FCT.
