IMEKO SCHOOL BUILDING COLLAPSE: AKINLADE FULFILLS PROMISE TO VICTIMS…..Hail Gov Abiodun’s Prompt Action

… Hon. Abiodun Akinlade settled medical bills, paid October upkeep allowances, and extend kind gesture to beareaved father

The Federal Commissioner representing Ogun state at the Federal Character Commission and former three terms member of House of Representatives, Rt. Hon Abiodun Isiaq Akinlade, has fulfilled its promise to offset the medical bills of the two (2) injured students of Nazereth High School, Imeko,Ogun State which had its classroom building collapsed recently.

Akinlade, who is the Baba Adinni of Yewa land, paid the medical bills of Rebecca John and Soliu Faisolat, just as he also paid the October upkeep allowance for the two students.

Though no amount of money can bring the dead back, nevertheless, the FCC Commissioner also extended financial gesture to Mr Ilebiyi, the father of late Muinat Ilebiyi, the student that lost her life in the unfortunate incident.

Recalled that few days ago, the school building of Nazereth High School, Imeko, Ogun State, collapsed, leading to the death of a student and left two injured.

Excited at kind gesture of Hon. Akinlade, popularly call “Baba Omokeke”, the Onimeko of Imeko, His Royal Majesty, Oba Benjamin Olanite and the concerned parents commended the three terms House of Representatives member for his passion for educational and employment generation for the youths in Yewaland in particular and Ogun State in general

” Akinlade Abiodun has always been a man of honour and integrity who is highly cherished by all and sundry in Yewaland. Indeed, Akinlade is the Okanlomo of Yewaland”, Kabiesi said.

Meanwhile, to prevent future occurrence of such unfortunate incident, the State Government has pulled down the said structure and promised to rebuild it.

Akinlade also commended the Ogun State Government under Prince Dapo Abiodun for its quick response and pray that Imeko Community will not experience such sad occurrence again.
The ever smiling, Akinlade is widely acknowledged as philanthropist, religious and Man of the people.
