Jolly Good Fellow! Demola Seriki Back Into The Reckoning As Buhari Appoints Him CAC Chairman

Lagos politician and a former minister, Ademola Razak Seriki has hit political fortune again. The Federal Government, yesterday reconstituted the new board of Corporate Affairs Commission and appointed Mr. Seriki as the board Chairman with effect from January 7.

A statement issued in Abuja by Ibrahim Haruna, Deputy Director, Press of the ministry, said the Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Adeniyi Adebayo, disclosed this while presenting appointment letter to the new CAC Registrar-General, Alhaji Garba Abubakar.

According to the statement, the Minister said the reconstitution of the board had put to rest the lingering leadership tussle facing the commission.

Seriki, a known socialite was formerly in the PDP before cross-carpeting to the APC. He has been in the backgrounds politically for a while now before this new appointment.
