Microsoft Cough-Out $26.2billion To Acquire LinkedIn

                                                                                                                                                                          Microsoft is to buy LinkedIn for $26.2 billion.

This will be at $196 per share in an agreed all-cash deal.

The LinkedIn group has been valued at $26.2 billion.

The offer of $196 a share is said to represent a 50 per cent premium to LinkedIn’s closing price on Friday.

It is also inclusive of the networking website’s net cash.
