“I strongly believe there is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up. I have been in the world since the early 1980’s and understand that there is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others. My Mum and life experience really showed me better examples.
“I studied Broadcast Journalism from Nigeria institute of journalism Ogba Lagos, got Higher National Diploma in Marketing from the polytechnic of Ibadan, and went further to study Economics in Lagos State University. I have a degree in Housing and social work from South Bank University London, U.K. and presently I’m studying BA in mental health nursing at university of Essex.
“I am a servant, politician, wife and a mother. My passion is to make an impact in governance through sponsorship of bills that touch the lives of the downtrodden populace. I have been touching lives through my pet project tagged Lola Bakre Helping Hand Foundation.
“LBHF is on a mission to provide free education to young underprivileged children by building schools and equipping them with necessary materials to make their education easy, also to empower widows with necessary skills for them to be self employed.
“As we are on plan to make our missions feasible, you should know we are not just full of words as we have taken lots of bold steps, extending our blessing to some primary schools in Ogun State by providing them with free written materials. Planning on paying a reasonable amount of students’ school fees, also we have been empowering widows and on a plan to build a place where we can properly equip them with different skills. We are not presently where we wish to be because of lack of funds but we are better than where we started and putting all things in place for a brighter future”, she said.

Bakre Omolola Olanrewaju contested for the State House of Assembly of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the build up to the 2019 general election.
But, despite the minor setback, this amazing philanthropist and grassroots politician didn’t stop helping the people.
Her philanthropic gesture, large heart, commitment to grassroots development, service to humanity and love for her people are some of the reasons Bakre omolola should emerge as the next House of Assembly member from Ijebu-Ode.
Aside from the fact that her constituency has never produced a female lawmaker, Bakre omolola , has over the years through her track record proven that she is more prepared and qualified than any other candidate to represent her people at the State Assembly.
Perhaps, one great thing about Bakre omolola Olanrewaju is that she is an ardent supporter of the administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun.
In her words, “Ogun State under the leadership of our amiable Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has experienced tremendous and unprecedented development in all the sectors of the State.
“This administration has no doubt touched the lives of residents of the State through massive developmental projects in education, health, road infrastructure, agriculture and so many others.
