OMITUNTUN CONVENER, ABISOLA OMISORE DISTRIBUTES RAMADAN/LENTEN FOOD PALLIATIVES IN IKEJA*

The convener of Omituntun Foundation and frontline Chairmanship aspirant in Ikeja Local Government, Hon. Abisola Omisore has again demonstrated his philanthropic and compassionate nature by extending hands of care to the residents of Ikeja LGA.
Earlier today, Friday 21st March, 2025, the young and visionary politician distributed thousands of food palliatives across the six wards that made up Ikeja LGA to the delight of the people.
According to a statement from the Media Office of Omituntun Foundation:
“We are pleased to announce that Omituntun Foundation, an initiative of Abisola Omisore, has unveiled a compassionate initiative to support believers observing the Ramadan and Lent fast across Ikeja LGA
As part of his commitment to alleviating hunger and ensuring the welfare of Ikeja residents, he has planned the distribution of 3000 food packs to families and individuals during this Ramadan and Lent season.
This initiative reflects his dedication to empowering the people of Ikeja and addressing the challenges faced by our community. The food packs will contain essential items to provide relief and support during these times.
Distribution will cut across the 6 wards of Ikeja LGA
We encourage all residents to go to their various wards and benefit from this gesture of goodwill. Together, we can build a stronger, more resilient Ikeja, “…the Foundation said.
It would be recalled that Hon. Abisola Omisore recently sponsored over 200 Ikeja students to register for JAMB free of charge, a move that has further endeared him to residents and stakeholders of Ikeja.
Commenting on today’s food palliatives distribution across Ikeja, residents expressed deep appreciation to Omisore for his thoughtfulness and compassion for the masses. They also commend him for his consistent philanthropic gestures over time, stating that “this is the type of leadership we want in Ikeja and Nigeria.”
In a chat with reporters at the end of the exercise, Hon. Abisola Omisore expressed satisfaction at the success of the program and promised to follow up with more
