ONE YEAR IN OFFICE: OBASA, CONSTITUENTS PRAISES LAWMAKER, FEMI SAHEED AS HE DONATES BUSES FOR STUDENTS, GIVES OUT BURSARY, CASH GRANT
It was an exciting atmosphere on Thursday, 16th of December 2021 when Hon. Femi Saheed, one of the Lagos House of Assembly Lawmakers, representing Kosofe Constituency 11 marked his one year in office with a remarkable gesture for the betterment of people of his constituency.

The event which was witnessed by the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa and leaders of every Associations, groups, CDA’s in the Constituency was tagged a ‘thank you event’. Hon. Femi Saheed who was full of appreciation to the people of his constituency especially his political and traditional leaders for presenting him to represent the area at the Assembly, assured that, a real empowerment programme is coming up.

Femi Saheed further described the empowerment program as a ‘Thank You Program’, noting that more eventful programs were in the offing to provide better life for his constituents.
On his part, the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa acknowledged the intelligence prowess of the state lawmaker, adding that it takes brilliancy for an individual to understand the nitty-gritty of lawmaking within a short space of time.
The event also witnessed commissioning of two buses to convey students in the constituency to school free of charge, the distribution of cash grants to 500 beneficiaries, donation of Waste to Wealth Bins to government-owned schools, bursary awards to brilliant students and refurbishment of six boreholes.
