Osun Monarch, Oba Michael Ajayi Appointed Into US-Nigeria Trade Council Advisory Board

For his age-long experience as a thoroughbred professional coupled with present status as a well respected Monarch, the Elerinmo of Erinmo Ijesa-Land, in Osun-State, Oba ]Dr] Michael Ajayi has been saddled with various appointment by notable organizations in a bid to tap from his wealth of experience. The new US-Nigeria Trade Council which recently appointed Iyalode Alaba Lawson as its new Chairperson advisory board also deemed it fit to appoint His Majesty Oba Michael Ajayi into its new Advisory board  to provide leadership and overall guidance and direction, in the programs, policy and strategic efforts to improve the trade traffic between US and Nigeria. The Monarch’s appointment into the board which is coming on the heels of his leadership traits has been applauded by the Council along with other seven prominent Nigerians on the board. Similarly, the highly influential Monarch was also couple of weeks ago adjudged Royal Patron of the Buy Naija Campaign, an organization scheduled to host the first CARNIVAL jam CARNIVAL [CjC]  partnering Cross  River State Government. According to the Project organizer, His Majesty Oba Michael Ajayi’s  appointment comes in recognition of his various sterling initiatives toward developing local content, capacity building and youth empowerment programs which is in sync with the vision of BUY-NAIJA.

The new private sector driven initiative  [CjC] is poised to hold the city spell down between 30th November to 31st December, 2017 in Calabar.
