PA OLANIWUN AJAYI’S DEMISE, THE END OF GREAT AND PRINCIPLED MAN…..Sen Olamilekan {Yayi}

The Senator representing Lagos West Senatorial District, Senator Solomon Adeola has described the demise of Pa Olaniwun Ajayi as the end of a great and principled man whose contribution to progressive politics in Nigeria over the years remains unparalleled.

In a condolence message on the death of Pa Ajayi, a foremost progressive and anti- military rule fighter, Senator Adeola  said Yorubaland and indeed Nigeria will miss a man noted for his consistency in fighting for the emancipation of the people through advocacy of good governance and a progressive politics.

Senator Adeola noted that his loyalty and consistent adherence to the philosophy of late sage, Chief Obafemi  Awolowo spanning over six decades is a good example for politicians of today and future generation of politicians adding that his wise counsels backed by  historical experiences would be sorely missed by Yorubaland and indeed Nigeria at this critical stage of our history.

The senator prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul and the fortitude for the family to bear the irreparable loss.
