Suicidal Man Prevented From Jumping Off Carter Bridge

The man identified as Muhammed Jafar was seen trying to jump in the lagoon off Carter Bridge in Lagos.

Officials of Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) rescued the 25-year-old and he has been handed over to the police.
