UK media personality Adesope Olajide better known as Shopsydoo says Wizkid’s success is why there is Davido, Burna Boy and the rest.

The media personality and Afro beats influencer in the UK made this statement while on DJ Abass’ talk show ‘On The Record’. Shop sydoo said Wizkid was the first Nigerian artiste to have a young fan base in Africa and that his success inspired several others like Davido who is regarded as his arch rival.

He added that at the time Wizkid came up young Kids of his age were not allowed to make music and become big stars.
